Happening Saturday, October 25th at the ESX ART compound on the Eastside of San Antonio — a vibrant hub of creativity, collaboration, and community.
Event Details
Location: 51 Essex St, San Antonio, TX
Event Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
Event Time: 12 PM – 5 PM
Vendor Fee: $50 per space (10x10 booth or food truck/trailer)
Vendor Fee Deadline: October 22, 2025 (Non-refundable after this date)
Setup & Teardown
Load-In: 9 AM – 11 AM (setup must be completed by 11:45 AM)
Load-Out: 5 PM – 7 PM (breakdown must be completed by 7 PM)
Booth and truck/trailer placement will be determined by the ESX ART team to ensure the best traffic flow and visibility.
Booth Options
10x10 ft. Food Booth – $50
For pop-up food vendors under tents or canopies. The event team will coordinate temporary food booth permits for these vendors.
Food Truck/Trailer Space – $50
For fully equipped mobile food units. Vendors must hold a valid City of San Antonio mobile food permit and meet all local compliance standards.
On-Site Details
Power: Limited access available; please bring your own generator or power source.
Water: No running water on-site, but drinking water will be available for vendors and guests (first-come, first-serve).
Rain or Shine: The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

Vendors must remain in full compliance with City of San Antonio health and safety regulations

ESX ART and property owners are not liable for loss, damage, or injury
