ESX ART Paint Jam 8 will feature live mural painting by local and regional artists, live DJ set, street enthusiasts, and a curated vendor market celebrating creativity and repping local.
Vendor Fee Deadline: October 16, 2025
Load-In: 10 AM - 11 AM, Setup by 11:45 AM
Load-Out: 5 PM - 6 PM, Breakdown by 7 PM
Event Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
Event Time: 12 PM – 5 PM
Location: 51 Essex St, San Antonio, TX
Booth Details:
10x10 or 8x8 vendor space (bring your own tent, tables, and displays)
Event runs rain or shine
Power not guaranteed; please plan accordingly
Family-friendly event (BYOB permitted; respectful conduct expected)

Access to promotional assets for social media
Community exposure alongside muralists, music, and local groups

Booth fees are non-refundable after October 16th
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and booth management
