Essex Modern City has always been a creative playground, and this past weekend, it came alive again through the ESX Art Paint Jam 7. I painted my very first solo mural (with some love + backup from Soup 💖), connected with insanely talented artists, and captured moments that remind me why I do what I do. From bikes and beers to bold brushstrokes — this one’s for the community, for the culture, and for anyone who needs the reminder: be kind to your mind.

Barbacoa and Big Red were more than just a Sunday tradition growing up in San Antonio—they were a ritual. It’s a core memory, and one that made this mural so special to create.

For this project, I had the privilege of designing and developing their website to better represent the Plantaquería brand. I believe a company’s digital presence should be an extension of their physical one.

Working with Sound Crane was an exciting opportunity to elevate their brand identity and online presence. I aimed to capture their professional services and unique personality while appealing to their diverse clientele.
